CANDO: Page and Participants

Getting ready for CANDO starting on Monday January 6th!

A "page" (tab) named "CANDO 2014" has been created at the top of the blog
for CANDO tracking and information.
All you have to do is let me know if you want to participate
 and I will add a name you would like to use.

Then you weigh yourself on Monday the 6th but don't report it.
(Only weight loss is tracked here, no beginning or ending weight,
unless you want to share that information.
I will; however, be sharing my actual weight each weigh-in via posts,
but only total loss with you on this page.)

Then on Tuesday and each consecutive day for six days,
 you will be reporting via an email your total weight loss to-date which would be the following days:

Tuesday 1/7
Wednesday 1/8
Thursday 1/9
Friday 1/10
Saturday 1/11
Sunday 1/12

Then on Monday the 13th you will be reporting your total weight lost-to-date
every Monday on the following days:

1/13, 1/20, 1/27 etc.

I will also be tracking a maintenance weight for those of you interested.
We'll cross that bridge when we get to it;
 it's more important than the losing phase to me,
 as it is something I have not been able to do in the past.

I'm excited for the accountability and camaraderie.
I think it will make the difference this time. :-)
