Day 7 of CANDO 2014: Hot Cereal

I CAN eat something better than cereal,
CANDO cereal:
 Remember that chunky applesauce I made the other day?
Well, some of it was added to almonds, walnuts and raisins.
Then heated up...
 topped with some unsweetened almond milk and cinnamon
and there you have cereal with no grains.
And it was super delish!
Satisfied every cereal craving I had.

And helped in the weight loss to boot:
140.8, a 1.6 lb loss and barely below the goal. Whew!
Tomorrow is the last daily weigh-in and then
we will switch to weekly weigh-ins on every Monday.

Here are today's charts:

TA is on vacation for two weeks so I will keep her weight steady at -3.6.
And look at that Ruff go - those prawns, steak and salads are serving her well!

  5. That sounds good and I'm not a big fan of apples. Unless of course they are engulfed in pastry crust, as in an apple dumpling!
