Day 8 of CANDO 2014: LOBSTER and B12

I CAN eat lobster and salad:
This was our reward for sticking to our plan on a budget.
Ruff and TA gave us the idea with their shellfish delights
the NVO splurged on this for us.
Oh, it was so good.

139.6, a 1.2 lb loss.
Finally broke the 140's!
Okay next weigh-in is on next Monday the 20th y'all!
It will be nice to obsess about something different for a crochet!

This week I CAN start taking sub-lingual B-12.
I'm not a big supplement taker as I am inconsistent and 
I do not know if they do any good or not.
I always hope to get what I need from the food I eat, 
but this one I am going to try and see how it goes.
It's been claimed thatiB-12 helps with energy and that's what I need!
I will report on it next week.
