I CAN add a supplement each week:
Last week I added a sub-lingual B-12 to my regimen each morning,
it's been suspected to help with energy and I think it did.
It's hard to tell, but I did not want a nap all week, which is unusual for me.
Since my doctor recommended it for me,
I CAN continue to take it...at least until it's gone.
The problem with too many changes at once is that I don't know
which changes are working, and then if I feel better I think I have to continue all of them.
This could be expensive to maintain and also too much time to maintain,
so then I end up quitting them all.
So I will add one a week (that I already own and that aren't expired) in hopes that most don't take longer than a week to feel a difference. I also realize some of the supplements aren't gong to make me feel different; that only a blood test can determine if they are working i.e., any reported cholesterol lowering supplements. And the effectiveness of those would be difficult to determine as the numbers could have changed due to diet and exercise.
Oh my, it's all so confusing!
Oh well, I CAN take it easy and do what I can with what I have. ;-)
This week I will add chelated magnesium in the evenings.
It's reportedly good for my heart, blood, bones/teeth and bowels.
It probably won't make me feel better...but since I have them...
I CAN get magnesium naturally from leafy greens, nuts and seeds.
(It always seems like these foods keep showing up
whenever I am looking up something
that I need in my diet....hmmmm....food for thought....)
So here's this morning result.
Gosh weight loss has slowed down, but that's normal right?
138.8, a .8 lb loss.
Okay, next weigh-in is on next Monday the 27th.
