🌅 Dawn to Dusk Cushion | Weekly Celebration! 🌸✨
I’m so happy to bring a little spotlight back to one of my most joyful makes!! The Dawn to Dusk Cushion! This design has such a special place in my heart because it was inspired by those gentle shifts in colour we see from the first light of morning to the glow of early evening. Soft, warm, colourful, and full of movement, a little mood-lifting moment stitched into every round. 🌅💗💛
The cushion grows outward like a blooming flower, capturing those sunrise pinks, leafy greens, soft blues and golden highlights. Every round feels like a little petal opening. It’s one of those projects that’s soothing, rhythmic and such a pleasure to watch unfold.
Crafted in Yarnsmiths Cotton DK, the colours are beautifully crisp and vibrant, perfect for textured rounds and floral motifs. If you want to use the same palette, here are the shades used in the samples:
The cushion works beautifully in so many different palettes too, soft pastels, bold brights, sunset shades… it’s a lovely one for playing with colour.
