Baby Blanket Ta Dah!

Finished just in the nick of time
and ready for a baby shower this weekend,
and an arrival in early November.
And a pillow to match...
...the nursery bedding.
Yarn is 100% washable wool from Knit Picks and Bernat Country Garden.
"H" crochet hook.
Nursery fabric is a sheet from Land of Nod,
"Bright-Eyed and Bushy Tailed".
Sewn into a pillow with a little stitched yarn detail.
Crochet pattern is from Jan Eaton's
"Ripple Stitch Patterns".
It's called Bobble Zigzags.
And the border is:
1 row of 1 sc, 1 ch, repeat.
Then two rows of dc.

Wishing you a happy day!

    1. Thanks Pretty. The mother-to-be chose the gender neutral colors as she does not know what she is having. -)

  6. What a pretty baby's blanket in a bobble zigzag pattern! I love that Jan Eaton's pattern book too. My very first baby blanket was done in a zig-zag pattern for my first-born.
That pillow with the animal design is fun and lovely how the colours match the blanket!
