Rampenisse/Gnome/Tomte Hat | Crochet Pattern

It's that time of year again...

when we turn our loved ones into rampenissen,
and here's my favorite rampenisse in my father's bunad from Nordmøre, Norway.
Complete with crocheted nisse hat.

The pattern can be found at the following site:
(Please click on the sites to take you to the listings).

Optional ribbon can be added for that Scandinavian flair,

or optional eye slits in the event its worn over the eyes like the gnomes do, apparently.

 And a removable nose.

With eye openings and a nose                                          and without either...

See the naughty rampenisse; he is eating the "Firklover" without removing the wrapper!?!?!
(...mmmmm Firklover mmmmm...)

I hope your holiday preparation is full of fun and laughter!

And of course lots of

Warmly,
