Rampenissen Hat with Norwegian Ribbon

During the organizing of some old crafting containers,
I ran across some Norwegian ribbons from many years ago.

So naturally, they were meant for better things than a container...
such as...
the embellishment of Rampenisse Hats!
 Instantly transformed to a whole new "Jul" level!
There's still time before Christmas to make a Rampenisse hat!
(Not just for Christmas anymore...)

And then sew ribbon of your choice onto the edge:
