Kosestua #4 - Sewing

In spite of a lack of talent in the sewing arena, I felt compelled to sew the following for the "Kosestua":
A twin duvet cover and pillow.
The black twin duvet cover and pillowcase were purchased at $19.99 from
...you guessed it...IKEA.
Then the fabric and ric-rac were added.
Seemingly simple sewing stuff, ha! You know better don't you?
The sofa that we moved into this room can accommodate a guest, if needed,
so beddings were a must. :-)

Then a couple of decorative pillows:
Squares and ric-rac I can "sort of" do.

It's starting to come together!!!

  4. Every time I see that fabric I love it more and more.

(As you can tell I'm working my way backwards through the posts I've missed. It's kind of fun to see the bits and pieces come together, since I already know how beautifully the whole turned out.)
