Week Ending 11 of CANDO 2014: Spinach Pie

I CAN try something different for breakfast:
Scrambled egg whites with whatever veggies I have are good,
 but sometimes you just want something different...
luckily I stumbled across this recipe for:
Spinach Pie

I added some sun dried tomatoes too.
Hearty and Satsifying

(Hmmmmm...I wonder if that roll of Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies
 had anything to do with the minimal weight loss? They were frozen you know. :-) )

Back and hip still hurt a little but was able to do a bit of exercise:

TU: 1:15 walk
F: Yoga
SA: 1:15 walk and triceps weight work-out

  2. Thin Mints should always be eaten straight from the freezer. I think the cold kills of some of the calories. ;)

    Great job on the continuing weight loss! The pie looks yummy - I love sun dried tomatoes.

  3. I really would love this spreadsheet. I really wish my mind could get round the cando attitude. I have so much to lose that I struggle to even think about it. I just gain, and gain, and gain. You are doing so, so well. Well done and good luck for target day(even though it seems like a teeny, tiny target) xxx

  4. It looks as though everything is head in the same direction as your goal, so that has to be a good thing!! Give yourself a pat on the back, don't worry about the cookies, you still have to live you know! xx
