Three Cheese Tomato Tart

The NVO stumbled upon this recipe and it quickly became our favorite summer recipe.
If you'd like to try it, click here for the recipe. We substituted 5 sheets of phyllo dough
 for the crust instead of the puff pastry to reduce the processed carbs and
baked it for 20 minutes instead of 30. The last time we made it we used fresh mozzarella
 because that is what we had and that was good too!
